Project: Ammonia Refrigeration System Installation and Commissioning

This project involved installation and commissioning support of an ammonia refrigeration system for the Mazoon Dairy processing facility, designed to maintain precise temperature control across milk processing and storage operations with large-scale dairy production requirements.

02. Scope of Work

Industrial Refrigeration Equipment: Installation of 6 Nos. SABROE industrial ammonia compressors with 3 Nos. BAC condensers (3200 kW capacity).

Pump & Tank Systems: Installation of ammonia pumps, chilled water pumps, surge drums, oil pots, and water storage tanks for chilled water systems.

Piping Infrastructure: Execution of high-quality MS piping for ammonia and chilled water distribution with complete pipe insulation, aluminium cladding, and foam injection.

Testing & Commissioning: Full testing and commissioning support for the refrigeration plant ensuring stable and energy-efficient performance.
