This project involved the supply and installation of HVAC and electrical systems for the Tesla Warehouse facility, supporting climate-controlled environments across warehouse storage areas and mezzanine office spaces with commercial-grade reliability.

02. Scope of Work

Installation of DX split air-conditioning systems for warehouse cooling with inverter DX units for office and mezzanine areas.

Fresh air handling units (FAHU) for indoor air quality compliance and extract fans for ventilation and heat removal.

Electrical power distribution and control cabling works with load calculation and system optimization for energy-efficient operation.

Testing and commissioning of HVAC and electrical systems to ensure Dubai Municipality regulations and international HVAC standards compliance.
