As a leading electromechanical company in Dubai, we are providing turnkey MEP solutions for this high-profile mixed-use development, highlighting our expertise in sustainable building infrastructure with high-performance VRF system installation and integrated smoke management systems.

02. Scope of Work

VRF & Cooling Systems: 654 VRF-Ducted units, 7 Wall-mounted units, and ERV with cooling coils for comprehensive climate control.

Air Management: 2 Nos. VRF-FAHUs and 24 DX-Split units for studio apartments ensuring optimal air distribution.

DCD Licensed Ventilation: Comprehensive industrial ventilation solutions, including basement parking extract/make-up fans and DCD approved fire-rated ductwork.

Life Safety Systems: DCD licensed staircase, corridor, and lift pressurization fans to ensure safe evacuation routes with electrical controls for 690 thermostats and CO monitoring.

03. Project Details

Technical Excellence: Utilized BIM modeling and multi-disciplinary design coordination to integrate complex refrigerant piping systems and ductwork.

Energy Efficiency: Focused on energy-efficient engineering using high-quality LG (Korea) components and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) ready controls.

Compliance: All systems engineered to meet strict SMACNA standards and UAE fire safety regulations.

Reliability: Comprehensive testing and commissioning guaranteeing on-time MEP project delivery and long-term operational performance.
