This project involved electrical infrastructure installation for industrial blast freezers with emphasis on DCD Approved Fire Stop Services, ensuring all cable and cable tray penetrations through walls and slabs were sealed using certified fire sealant systems for compliance with UAE fire and life safety regulations.

02. Scope of Work

Electrical System Design & Installation: SMDB installation, power distribution engineering, and high-load electrical infrastructure for blast freezer operations.

Cable Infrastructure Works: Installation of armoured LSF cables and HDG cable trays for industrial applications.

DCD Approved Fire Stop Services: Application of fire sealant for cable and cable tray penetrations, ensuring fire-rated wall and slab sealing and smoke barrier protection.

Switchgear & Protection Systems: Installation of MCCBs, ELCBs, and weatherproof isolators from ABB and Schneider Electric.
