This project involved the Design-Build and installation of specialized Warehouse HVAC and electrical works for the DB Schenker facility in Dubai South. The objective was to create a temperature-controlled perfume storage chamber, utilizing Integrated HVAC Systems to maintain a consistent 24°C environment, meeting stringent safety and storage standards for high-value goods.

02. Scope of Work

Mechanical: Design and installation of a high-efficiency Air-Conditioning system, including condensate drainage lines and precise Industrial Ventilation Solutions.

Electrical: Complete Electrical System Design featuring power distribution for cooling units, specialized lighting, and containment works.

Civil & Turnkey: Provision of necessary civil modifications to support the MEP infrastructure, delivering a seamless Turnkey MEP Solution.

System Validation: Conducted rigorous Testing and Commissioning to ensure the environmental parameters were locked in for sensitive inventory.

03. Project Details

Engineering Standards: All designs were finalized using precise Heat Load Calculations to optimize energy consumption and cooling performance.

Infrastructure: Integration of specialized control systems to ensure On-time MEP project delivery within the DLC Dubai South logistics corridor.

Technical Compliance: Executed by an ISO certified MEP contractor, adhering to UAE international logistics and safety regulations.

Performance: Successfully achieved the target 24°C thermal threshold, supported by Precision engineering UAE standards for industrial cooling.
