HVAC Infrastructure Refurbishment | Sharjah International Airport

01. Project Overview

Project: HVAC Infrastructure Refurbishment and Modernization

Location: Sharjah International Airport, UAE

Capacity: 2000 Tons Cooling Capacity (High-performance chiller system)

As a leading MEP services provider in the UAE, we executed a comprehensive HVAC infrastructure refurbishment project for one of the region's key aviation facilities. The project demonstrates our expertise in cooling tower replacement and energy-efficient engineering for mission-critical facilities.

02. Scope of Work

Cooling Tower Installation: Replacement of 3 Nos. SPX/YORK cooling towers engineered for efficient heat rejection from the chiller plant.

Water Treatment Systems: Side Stream Filtration (SSF) system to maintain optimal water quality and heat transfer efficiency.

VFD Technology: Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) installation for pump motors to reduce operational energy consumption and extend equipment life.

System Integration: Full commissioning and integration with existing chilled water distribution networks for seamless operational handover.

03. Project Details

Energy-Efficient Modernization: Engineered to deliver significant energy savings through advanced cooling tower technology and VFD systems.

High-Performance Infrastructure: 2000-ton cooling capacity supporting terminal building HVAC systems, passenger comfort zones, and mission-critical facility operations.

Precision Engineering: Executed with focus on operational continuity, minimal downtime, and strict compliance with aviation facility standards.

Fast-Track Delivery: Successfully completed within 30-day timeline, demonstrating capability for critical infrastructure MEP projects.

SUSTAINABLE ENGINEERING

Engineering is more than technical precision — it is about problem-solving with purpose. Every system we design and build contributes to a stronger, smarter, and more sustainable future.
