This critical HVAC retrofit involved upgrading the cooling infrastructure at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi. We replaced an existing 1200 GPM unit with a high-capacity 2400 GPM Cooling Tower and integrated additional condenser water pumps to enhance the centralized chilled water system for this luxury resort.

Mechanical: Dismantling the legacy unit and performing the chiller plant construction for a new, doubled-capacity cooling tower.

Pumping Systems: Supply and installation of a new condenser water pump with specialized suction and discharge piping headers.

Electrical: Modification of the main control panel, including Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) installation for optimized motor control and cable pulling.

Turnkey Delivery: Comprehensive testing and commissioning, including precision crane lifting management and structural support reinforcement.

Performance Upgrade: Successfully doubled the cooling flow capacity from 1200 GPM to 2400 GPM to meet increased thermal loads.

Precision Engineering: Utilized high-grade vibration isolators and specialized butterfly valves for leak-proof system isolation.

Technical Compliance: All works followed ISO-certified protocols and were aligned with luxury hospitality energy-efficient engineering standards.

Material Quality: Integration of premium components from ABB and Schneider to ensure long-term infrastructure maintenance reliability.
