We delivered comprehensive electromechanical services aligned with professional and certified MEP standards for this high-rise residential development, covering complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ELV systems, and BMS integration as a full turnkey MEP solution.

02. Scope of Work

HVAC & Cooling Systems: Installation of integrated HVAC systems, including centralized chilled water systems, air handling units (AHU), ventilation, smoke control systems, and heat load-based designs for energy-efficient cooling.

Plumbing System Installation: Complete water supply and drainage systems, including hot & cold water piping, booster pump systems, and sustainable plumbing infrastructure.

Electrical System Design & Installation: High-rise electrical systems, power distribution engineering, lighting control systems, and infrastructure works compliant with UAE regulations.

ELV & Smart Systems: Extra-low voltage systems, CCTV, structured cabling, access control, and BMS integration for centralized monitoring.

03. Project Details

BIM-Led Design: Utilized MEP Revit 3D modeling and advanced design coordination for precise system integration.

Energy Efficiency: Incorporated Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology and high-efficiency components to reduce operational costs.

Compliance: Fully aligned with UAE fire safety regulations and DCD-approved standards for residential MEP systems.
