Ecology Unit Installation for Atlantis Dubai Sea Food Station

Emcore provided specialized MEP design services for the modernization of a premium cigar lounge. The project focused on sustainable building infrastructure and high-performance industrial ventilation solutions to ensure air quality and regulatory compliance in a specialized smoke environment.

02. Scope of Work

Our ISO certified MEP contractor team delivered a comprehensive engineering study including:

HVAC Design: Expert design of the air conditioning system using HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) software to meet strict DM standards.

Mechanical Ventilation: Specialized design as per ASHRAE 62.1 and preparation of drawings for the cigar environment.

Smoke Management System: Specialized smoke ventilation system design as per DM regulations for dedicated smoke rooms.

Electrical System Design: Preparation of the electrical load summary and detailed drawings in compliance with DEWA standards.

Plumbing & Infrastructure: Design of plumbing, drainage, and gas layouts as per DM standards for kitchen and lounge requirements.

03. Project Details

Technical Excellence: Utilized precision engineering to create a high-accuracy BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical submittals for authority approvals.

Authority Coordination: Managed the submission and preparation of drawings to facilitate DCD approved and DM-compliant certifications.

Multi-disciplinary Coordination: Integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts into a cohesive sustainable engineering plan.
