This project involved a large-scale HVAC energy refurbishment and centralized chilled water system upgrade for Sharjah City Centre and its extension. The scope focused on delivering a high-efficiency industrial cooling solution and turnkey MEP refurbishment, improving system performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability in line with LEED standards and UAE regulations.

  • Installation of 4 × 1000 TR water-cooled chillers
  • Installation of cooling towers for heat rejection optimization
  • Integration of 19 chilled & condenser water pumps
  • Installation of pressurization units and expansion tanks
  • Installation of MS ERW chilled water piping network
  • Installation of chemical dosing and side stream filtration systems
  • Supply and installation of SMDBs and MCC control panels
  • Integration of chiller plant manager (CPM) automation system

The project delivered a fully optimized centralized chilled water plant (4000 TR capacity) for high-traffic retail operations. Our engineering execution included:

  • BIM-based MEP coordination and heat load analysis
  • SCADA-ready automation and control integration
  • Energy-efficient HVAC system refurbishment
  • Precision MEP installation with ISO-certified standards
